Conference Packages
At Mattanu Private Game Reserve we take pride in offering a lodge facility to suit your every conference, function or event need. We will tailor-make every package to suite your budget and requirements. A visit prior to your function can be arranged. Our conference venue is air-conditioned for your comfort.
Our air-conditioned facility can accommodate up to 120 delegates.
120 people – Congress/cinema style without tables
80 people – Classroom style
36 people – U shaped
20 People – Boardroom style
Rates are based on a minimum of 10 delegates.
All rates are excluding VAT.
Cost per person: R450

Accommodation (18 pax including a Game Drive, dinner and breakfast – 5 Luxury tents R1790/person sharing, one log cabin for 4 people and one suite sleeping 4 people sharing.
A 50% single supplement will be charged for guests not sharing
Game Drive – R80/person
Quad biking trails – R475 per person for 30min, 4 pax at a time
Drumming: Price on request starting at R150 per person
Helicopter flips & Game Capture Safari: All helicopter related activities will be quoted as per request and depends on availability of the helicopter and pilot. Rates starting at R12500 per hour.
