Reservations & Payment:
Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Please ensure that you receive a booking confirmation email after making payment, as all quotes expire within 24 hours if the deposit is not received. Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club) are available for settling outstanding balances at the lodge.

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is from 14h00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11h00 on the departure date. Main gates close at 18h00.

Packages & Activities:
Additional activities such as guided game drives, quad bike safaris, massages, and lodge dining options must be arranged prior to check-in. No own alcohol is allowed at the lodge, and appropriate attire is required in public areas. No self drives is allowed.

No Pets Allowed:
For the comfort of all guests and to preserve the natural wildlife, pets are not permitted on the property.

Travel & Access Information:
Guests are advised to follow the provided directions carefully and allow 20-25 minutes for the gravel road leading to the reserve. While a 4×4 is not required, vehicles with higher suspension are preferred. Upon arrival at the main gate, guests must use the intercom system to request access.
